What’s new - Sage CRM now offers a Welcome Tab and on-screen coaching along with a suite of movies to help you and your team leverage the best out of the solution. User and administration wizards assist with setting preferences, while quick tips on recurring themes educate users as they use Sage CRM. Educational coaching captions throughout the solution ensure that users are aware of what they are working on at all times. The Training and Coaching feature now enhances your user experience, making it more intuitive and user friendly and resulting in it being more efficient for all users.

Advanced Find
What’s new - Sage CRM v6 contains a flexible and powerful Advanced Search engine. It is now possible to search for communications and by keywords. The entire Find interface has been designed to enhance useability even further. The Advanced Find feature provides you with the ability to find information easily and quickly, allowing you  to work faster and be more productive with easier access to information and state of the art search functionality.

Outlook Integration
What’s new - Sage CRM offers powerful integration with Microsoft Outlook for full e-mail integration but also bi-directional synchronisation of appointments, tasks and contacts, resulting in a convenient, straightforward, seamless user experience. Sage CRM offers the functionality to file Outlook emails against records in the Sage CRM database providing you with a complete view of all correspondence. You can now send emails within Sage CRM using Microsoft Outlook and automatically store the email and any attachments with any given record.

Data Segmentation and Groups
What’s new - In Sage CRM, Groups are sets of predefined groups such as companies, people, opportunities etc. Sage CRM provides users with the ability to organise these records based on common characteristics. You can work with the Groups from a central point, or from other areas in the system and have the ability to perform actions including mailers, mass emails, alerts, mail merges and mass record updates. Sage CRM now has the ability to hold both static and dynamic groups which can remain unchanged or be automatically updated. The Data Segmentation and Groups features are now available through My CRM meaning marketing users and non-marketing users alike can access these lists. Mass Updates allow users to update Group records in one easy step. Groups also enable better data segmentation for use by Sales or Marketing in marketing campaigns.

Field Level Security
What’s New - Sage CRM v6 has made Field Level Security even more simple and convenient to use by offering a code-free way to apply field level security. Security on fields is now applied using checkboxes on a once-off basis at the Field Level, rather than at the screen level, and can be applied to users, teams or profiles. The Field Level Security feature improves the useability of the product’s security restrictions while simultaneously ensuring that the product remains secure.

Many other features have been added to Sage CRM v6 including amongst others:

  • Disable Users and Reassign Records;
