• This offer is valid only for versions of qualifying products purchased between 1 July 2008 and 14 September 2008.
• The Redemption Claim form (fully and properly completed) and a photocopy of the proof of purchase must be physically received by Sage Business Solutions by 22 September 2008 for the application to be accepted.
• Qualifying products are ACT! by Sage 2008 Standard Single User, ACT! by Sage 2008 Standard Upgrade User, ACT! by Sage 2008 Standard 6 Pack User and ACT! by Sage 2008 Standard 6 Pack Upgrade User.
• Offer is not available on non-qualifying products, including ACT! by Sage 2008 Premium for Web EX and ST versions, ACT! by Sage 2008 Premium EX and ST versions, ACT! by Sage 2008 Dual Access EX and ST versions, ACT! Link for MYOB, ACT! by Sage 2008 Standard to Premium Upgrade EX and ST versions, ACT! by Sage 2008 Premium Upgrade EX and ST versions, ACT! by Sage 2008 Premium for Web Upgrade EX and ST versions, ACT! by Sage 2008 Dual Access Upgrade EX and ST versions, NFR, Academic, Non Profit , Government or any previous ACT! version prior to version 2008 purchased.
• The free upgrade is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
• This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Offer valid in conjunction with the ACT! Email Marketing Promotion only.
• Offer valid only for qualifying products purchased in Australia and New Zealand.
• Offer is valid for the end user only, agencies along with their employees associated with Sage Business Solutions (including ACT! Certified Consultants) - are not eligible.
• Free Upgrades will be registered to the listed user at time of issue, and cannot be resold.
• Redemption Claim forms received after 22 September 2008 will not be eligible. Post transit time and risk of delays lies with person making the claim.
• Sage Business Solutions reserves the right to refuse applications that are incomplete, inaccurate or they deem as ineligible. Sage Business Solutions will not refer such applications back to customer for correction.
• ACT! by Sage 2008 Software registration is a required component of ACT! by Sage installation. Registering your software to activate your copy of ACT! by Sage 2008 will not entitle you to the free upgrade promotion, customers will still need to complete and send in the redemption form and photocopy proof of purchase to Sage Business Solutions before the deadline (22 September 2008).
• Proof of purchase must be supplied (photocopy of sales receipt do not send original).
• One license per claim form only.
• Free upgrades will be issued on a one for one basis, according to the serial number(s) details listed on the claim form.
• Sage Business Solutions will notify recipients with a confirm receipt of redemption form within 14 business days from date of receipt. If customers have not received confirmation by 22 September 2008, it will be the customer’s responsibility to contact Sage Business Solutions. Customers, who contact Sage Business Solutions after the 22 September 2008, will be ineligible for promotion.
• If the free upgrade is requested in form of a CD shipment, a AU $30.00 shipment and handling charge will apply.
