What is Priority Care support?

Fee-based support (either single calls or a set support plan):
End users who purchase a support plan will enjoy shorter queuing times and unlimited phone/email support.

  • Yearly plan – Single user (AUD$399 annually)  
    Unlimited phone / email support for a single designated caller on the free-call 0800 and 1300 phone lines.
  • 10% discount on database repair and password recovery services.
    Yearly plan – Multi user (AUD$750 initial fee, AUD$550 annual renewal)
  • Unlimited phone / email support on the free-call phone lines for 5 designated callers.
    10% discount on database repair and password recovery services.
  • 5 pack of calls (AUD$199)
    Covers 5 single incidents on the free-call phone lines.
  • Single Incident (AUD$45)
    Covers a single issue on the free-call phone line.

How do I purchase support?
You may purchase support over the phone on either the warranty or priority care phone lines (Sage Business Solutions requests that you please have your credit card ready).
