Newsletter distribution is now managed through a single contact list in Sage CRM and issued via e-mail to some 9,500 members every week. In addition, the organisation is now able to issue regular communications of interest to different specific sub groups.
Standardised Service Processes:
Sage CRM’s workflow designer ensures that incoming calls are handled in a standardised manner at all branches, which boosts the organisation’s professionalism.
Improved Quality Controls and Accountability:
All calls are now automatically logged into member files so that the quality of information can be monitored and the organisation is more accountable to its members. And a system of escalation alerts in the Sage CRM system ensures that case files progress routinely within set timeframes.
Streamlined Sale Of Products:
Sales that were manually billed are now processed through Sage CRM directly into Sage Accpac ERP. The member file is also automatically updated with the transaction details for future reference.
