About the author

Mark Suttivatnaruputti is a member of the Sage ACT! Technical Support team in the Australia-New Zealand region.

To be used well, new computer software requires certain hardware components and other software resources to be present on a computer or server. The system requirements refer to these pre-requisite components and resources for running the software to be installed.

Every day our technical support team receives calls from our Sage ACT! customers with issues regarding software compatibility. Before installing Sage ACT! onto your system, please take the time to carefully read through the system requirements for the version of Sage ACT! you are installing. This will minimise the risk of encountering any technical issues which will cost you and your business valuable time and money. Alternatively, if you are uncomfortable with understanding the system requirements for Sage ACT! and would like reassurance from one of our technical support members, please feel free to contact us on 1300 724 327 in Australia, or 0800 775 617 in New Zealand.
